US backed Israel Strike Hezbollah Chief Nasrallah, Iran Drops 200+ Missiles: Tensions Escalate

Even before we go into what is happening in present, we need to know ongoing The Iran–Israel proxy conflict, also known as the Iran–Israel proxy war or Iran–Israel Cold War that started back in 16 February 1985.

On 27 September 2024, Hezbollah Chief Hassan Nasrallah was killed by Israeli army in a strike.

Note: According to US, Hezbollah is a terrorist group is the reason behind some of the deadliest attacks in America. But in Lebanon, Hezbollah has political control post Lebanese Civil War in 1990 and allowed to maintain their arsenal and control Shia(Shia Muslims) areas along the border with Israel.

Iran has always believed in supporting paramilitary organizations opposed to Israel, Hezbollah being one of them. The death of Hezbollah Chief and IRGC commander Abbas Nilforoshan in the Lebanese capital can be the main reasons behind Iran striking Israel with ballistic missiles.

Israel made clear on their intention

Israel on the other side was able to minimize the impact of the strike with their well known defense system having Iron Dome as their best asset.

Israeli PM Netanyahu has already spoke on the matter, he mentioned that Iran will face ‘Consequences’ of their action.

US back Israel ?

Yes! Joe Biden reaffirmed US support for Israel after the missile attack, describing it as “defeated and ineffective”.

USA has helped Israel with over 300 Billions(Inflations Considered) making the highest donation for any country from USA. This year as well a defense aid of 8 Billion USD was allotted for the Israel.

What next ?

Over 40000 Dead in Gaza till Sept’29 2024, Majority being civilians. Israelis invasions has been severe for commoners killing thousands of children and women.
